Trinity Baptist Church, Nairobi

Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya and has an official population of up to 3 million.  Trinity Baptist Church, Nairobi, started in 1978, in the home of the Underhills.  It was registered with the Kenyan Government in 1981.  In 1989 the meetings moved out of the home into its own facility.  There are presently 3 active Pastors and more than 150 members, with 3 other church plants in various parts surrounding Nairobi.

Grace Baptist Church, Kisumu

Kisumu, a the north-east corner of Lake Victoria, is the fifth largest city in Kenya.  In 1999 Trinity Baptist Church, Nairobi, sent two brethren to plant this church in Kisumu.  Since 2019 the church has had Tonny Karwa as its full-time minster.

Gospel Missions Agency, Mumias

Mumias is about 70 kms. north of Kisumu.  In 2006 Elly Achok was sent by his church in Mombasa (GMA) to plant a church of the Word of Faith type.  By God's grace he was converted through hearing the true gospel of God's grace in Christ, studies at our Pastors' Theological Course in Nairobi (2010-2012), and went back to Kisumu to seek to reform the church.

Gospel Missions Agency, Mombasa

Mombasa, Kenya's port city on the Indian Ocean, is the second largest in the country.  Barnabas Olare was raised here, became the leader of the GMA, and under the influence of his brother (Elly) attended the PTC (2012-2014), and was converted to Christ to glory in His grace.  They are helping in the planting of other churches in the coastal region of Kenya.

Addis Baptist Church, Ethiopia

Our S0malbrother AO relocated from Nairobi to Addis Ababa in 2001, got married, and has spent the last 20+ years broadcasting the gospel to his own people throughout the Middle East.  The family are members of Addis Baptist Church.  Addis Ababa is a large, bustling city of about 6 million.
